Start was delayed, which was unsurprising given the weather in the spring, once they started they kept to the schedule agreed beforehand and dealt with the few issues arising during the build promptly.  Throughout communication could not have been better.  All the team were friendly.  Sam and Adam were completely transparent regarding what was happening at all stages of the build.  The trades they use and recommended could not have been better, friendly and engaging.  To be honest we miss them being around, something I never would have imagined. I’ve been very impressed with Sam, Adam, Neil and the whole team who’ve now completed a kitchen extension and utility room for me. It’s transformed the feel of the house making it light, airy and modern. The work came in both on schedule and to the quote discussed. Sam coordinated all the different trades required even down to helping with arranging flooring, a decorator and a company to tarmac the drive. I was kept informed at all stages and have benefitted from Sam’s design ideas and his flexibility when I asked for changes. Adam has built a stylish new kitchen including a bespoke cupboard to fill a recess and pays great attention to detail. The brickwork outside has been exceptional, a side door and window have been bricked up and you can barely tell where they were. SG did a great job from the design of the plans, the build of the extension & the fitting of the kitchen and utility. They completed the work to a high standard in a timely manner, leaving the site clean and tidy on a daily basis. Couldn't recommend SG Design and Build enough, from start to finish they were professional, kept us up to date and are very trustworthy, the contractors work extremely hard, and they are friendly, very tidy and speak to neighbours prior to works commencing.....our neighbours were extremely impressed! Our project was a big one and they completed the build efficiently and to a very high standard...they are perfectionists which really does show.
